Welcome to Fix My Logo Design. By accessing our website, purchasing our services, submitting payment, or engaging with our team, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• •Provide accurate information and project requirements.
• •Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, revisions, and project-related communications within seven (7) calendar days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• •Supply necessary content, images, credentials, access information, and approvals required for project completion.
• •Review deliverables and provide feedback within communicated review periods.
• •Cooperate reasonably throughout the project lifecycle.

Client Delays

Delays in communication, approvals, content submission, or feedback may impact project timelines and delivery schedules. Fix My Logo Design shall not be responsible for delays caused by the client's failure to provide information, content, credentials, approvals, feedback, or other required materials. Client-caused delays shall not constitute grounds for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.

Payments

All projects require payment according to the agreed proposal, quotation, package, invoice, contract, or subscription plan. Payments may be collected through approved payment processors including Stripe, Square, CashApp, PayPal, Zelle, credit card providers, ACH transfers, and other authorized payment methods. Fix My Logo Design reserves the right to pause work on any project with overdue invoices until payment has been received.

Billing Entity

Fix My Logo Design operates as a brand of Starvto LLC. Payments, invoices, receipts, and financial transactions may be processed by or issued under Starvto LLC. By purchasing services from Fix My Logo Design, clients acknowledge and agree that charges may appear on bank statements, payment processor records, invoices, receipts, or other financial documents under the name Starvto LLC. Clients further acknowledge that Starvto LLC is the authorized billing and payment processing entity for Fix My Logo Design and its related services.

Project Commencement

Work on a project begins once payment has been received and all required onboarding information, materials, credentials, and approvals have been provided by the client. By submitting payment, the client authorizes Fix My Logo Design to commence work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Project Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity, revisions, scope changes, third-party dependencies, and client responsiveness. Project milestones and estimated delivery dates will be communicated during onboarding and project execution.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included according to the selected package, proposal, quotation, or agreement. Revision requests must remain within the originally approved project scope. Requests that significantly alter the original scope may require additional fees, revised timelines, or a separate agreement.

Scope Changes

Any requests, features, functionality, content, deliverables, services, or modifications that fall outside the originally approved proposal, package, quotation, invoice, or agreement shall be considered a change in scope and may require additional fees, revised timelines, or a separate agreement.

Project Acceptance

Deliverables shall be deemed accepted when:

• •The client requests no further revisions.
• •No written revision request, objection, or dispute is received within fourteen (14) calendar days following delivery.

Completion of Accepted Work

Upon acceptance, the applicable project phase or deliverable shall be considered complete.

Project Abandonment

If a client becomes unresponsive for thirty (30) consecutive calendar days, Fix My Logo Design reserves the right to place the project on hold. Projects inactive for ninety (90) consecutive calendar days may be considered abandoned and closed. Reactivation of an abandoned project may be subject to additional fees, revised timelines, updated project requirements, and availability of resources.

Refund Policy

Because our services involve custom digital work, refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Refunds may be considered if work has not yet commenced, no deliverables have been provided, or Fix My Logo Design is unable to provide the agreed service. Refunds will generally not be issued after design concepts have been delivered, development work has commenced, approved milestones have been completed, or final files, credentials, source code, website access, or project deliverables have been provided. Refund eligibility shall be determined by Fix My Logo Design based on project status, work completed, contractual obligations, expenses incurred, and other relevant factors. Refund requests must be submitted in writing.

Communication & Approvals

Project instructions, approvals, revision requests, and project-related communications should be submitted through approved communication channels including email, project management systems, client portals, or other designated communication platforms. Fix My Logo Design shall not be responsible for delays, misunderstandings, or disputes resulting from communications submitted through unofficial channels.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact Fix My Logo Design and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve any billing, service, or project-related concerns before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or financial claim. Fix My Logo Design reserves the right to provide invoices, proposals, agreements, communications, project records, approvals, delivery confirmations, policy acknowledgments, and other supporting documentation to financial institutions, payment processors, dispute resolution providers, or legal authorities in connection with any dispute.

No Guarantee of Results

Fix My Logo Design does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, search engine rankings, lead generation results, marketing performance, software performance, automation outcomes, or other measurable business results unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

Intellectual Property

Ownership and usage rights to final approved deliverables transfer to the client only after all invoices, fees, expenses, and outstanding balances have been paid in full. Fix My Logo Design retains ownership of all preliminary concepts, drafts, proposals, source materials, methodologies, frameworks, development processes, and internal systems unless specifically transferred under a separate written agreement.

Content Responsibility

The client is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, permissions, and rights associated with any content, trademarks, logos, images, videos, text, data, or other materials provided to Fix My Logo Design.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary business information shared during the course of the project and shall not disclose such information to unauthorized third parties except as required by law.

Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Fix My Logo Design may display completed work in its portfolio, case studies, marketing materials, presentations, proposals, and promotional content.

Third-Party Services

Projects may integrate third-party platforms, APIs, hosting providers, software vendors, payment processors, domain registrars, AI providers, or other services. Fix My Logo Design is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy updates, account suspensions, service interruptions, security incidents, or operational decisions made by third-party providers.

Hosting & Third-Party Fees

Domain registrations, hosting services, software licenses, API subscriptions, platform fees, third-party tools, and recurring service charges are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated in writing.

AI Services Disclaimer

Projects utilizing artificial intelligence tools, machine learning systems, or third-party AI platforms are subject to the limitations, availability, performance, and policies of such technologies. Fix My Logo Design does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, availability, or uninterrupted operation of third-party AI systems.

Support & Maintenance

Unless covered under a separate maintenance, support, hosting, or service agreement, Fix My Logo Design is not responsible for ongoing maintenance, monitoring, updates, security management, backups, or emergency support after project completion.

Limitation of Liability

Fix My Logo Design shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use of our services. The maximum liability of Fix My Logo Design shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the applicable service giving rise to the claim.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, cyber incidents, labor disputes, power failures, pandemics, or failures of third-party services.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project or service engagement by providing written notice. Any completed work, services rendered, expenses incurred, or outstanding balances up to the termination date shall remain billable and payable.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
