Overview
Fix My Logo Design provides digital services and delivers all products electronically.
Digital Delivery
All deliverables are provided digitally through one or more of the following methods:
- •Secure cloud storage links
- •Project management systems
- •Source code repositories
Delivery Timelines
No physical products are shipped. Actual delivery timelines may vary depending on project complexity, client feedback, revisions and scope changes.
Client Delays
Project timelines may be extended if required content, approvals, feedback or credentials are not provided by the client.
Project Completion
Projects are considered delivered once the agreed deliverables have been shared electronically with the client.
Acceptance
Clients are encouraged to review deliverables promptly and communicate any revision requests within a reasonable timeframe. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables shall be deemed accepted if no written revision request, objection or dispute is received within seven (7) calendar days following delivery.
