REFUND POLICY

Overview

At Fix My Logo Design, we strive to provide exceptional digital solutions and professional services. Because our services involve custom work, time investment, intellectual property creation, and digital deliverables, refunds are subject to the terms outlined below.

Eligible Refund Requests

A refund may be considered if:

• •The project has not yet commenced.
• •No design concepts, development work, consultations, strategy sessions, or deliverables have been provided.
• •Fix My Logo Design is unable to fulfill the agreed scope of work.

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will generally not be granted once:

• •Design concepts have been delivered.
• •Development work has commenced.
• •Revisions have been requested.
• •A project milestone has been approved.
• •Final files, credentials, source code, website access, or deliverables have been provided.
• •Consulting, strategy, discovery, or advisory sessions have been completed.
• •Third-party expenses have been incurred on behalf of the client.

Subscription & Recurring Services

Monthly services such as maintenance, support, hosting management, SEO retainers, AI automation monitoring, consulting retainers, and managed services are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the active billing period. Clients may cancel future renewals by providing written notice at least seven (7) calendar days before the next billing cycle.

Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, clients must submit a written request to info@fixmylogodesign.com. Refund requests should include:

• •Client name
• •Invoice number
• •Project name
• •Reason for the request

Refund Eligibility Determination

Refund eligibility shall be determined by Fix My Logo Design based on project status, work completed, milestones achieved, expenses incurred, deliverables provided, contractual obligations, and other relevant factors.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact Fix My Logo Design and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve any billing, service, or project-related concerns before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or financial claim. Fix My Logo Design reserves the right to provide invoices, proposals, agreements, project records, communications, approvals, delivery confirmations, policy acknowledgments, and other supporting documentation to financial institutions, payment processors, dispute resolution providers, or legal authorities to contest any claim and protect its interests.

Fix My Logo Design reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
